Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The product
  • Outer packaging
  • Invoice (if available)

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Opened or partially consumed products
